I was sick with COVID on December 2023. It was VERY scary and my symptoms lasted 2 months. Up to this day I come back to this when things are rough. It has helped me a lot. I wish the universe multiplies healing to you. All my gratitude 🙏🏼

I’m going through covid now, for the first time. Last night as I went to bed my cough got so bad that I couldn’t even lie down in my regular sleeping position. I found this video and the minute I lay on my stomach (which I never do in bed really) wow the relief was almost instant. After only a few minutes I was able to move to my regular sleeping position. I fell asleep and slept through the night. Thank you so so much for this wonderful video.

You can loop it. Just hit the wheel in right of video amd choose more options. Turn loop on.

This is lovely and bound to be effective, for a wide audience. i started it after just drinking cups of coffee, so didn't get on my abdomen! i have also read yawning has been shown to be an effective way to open alveoli. i watch lots of comedy while recovering, it seems like the laughter moves things around in a good way. i'm gonna pull out my kazoo for humming!

and i remember being taught that lying prone does allow lungs to fill better.

Thank you so much for this. After two weeks of Covid followed by pneumonia I've been struggling to recover, and have tried to work some of every single week, then failed and broken. Your words made me realise I need to rest and gave me permission to do what my body needs so badly. I've been signed off to allow my latest medicine to work. Crossing my fingers!

Thank you so much just subscribed after my husband brought a cold home from work on Wednesday and passed it on to mew when I have already heen suffering with Sciatica for 2 weeks I have 102 fever and I don't get fevers in fact I haven't had a cold in 3 years.

Nice meditation, thanks. On my 3rd day of covid, and still really sick, so some things didn't work. Lasted 2 minutes on my stomach but it made my nose and chest drain until I felt like I was choking. Much better on my back. And the humming made me cough/irritated my throat. I will return when i'm further in my recovery. Thanks!

I am glad you adapted it for you. Try it again on your stomach now that some time has passed to rebuild your lung capacity

although it may be uncomfortable at the time, i think draining and coughing both help recovery. i remember as a nurse encouraging so many people to deep breathe and then cough...

I loved the meditation but how do we get YT to stop the shocking insertion of loud, unrelated ads in a meditation. I turned it off after the second one. It wasn’t you. It was them.
