Thanks for doing this. I have had tinnnitus for decades and have recently taken up mindfullness meditation and yoga nidra (Non-sleep deep rest) in the last couple months. I used to think it would be impossible to meditate with tinnitus, but now believe it is possible. Your video confirms this for me. My experience is that there are two ways to handle meditation with tinnitus . . . acceptance or distraction. This video incorporates both perspectives, which is good. But I wonder if there would be value in producing another video which acknowledges the tinnitus at the very beginning, but then moves into "distraction" mode by constant grounding in, say, the breath. In my experience both perpectives have value. BTW, I find using an external masking sound to be very helpful when meditating on "bad" tinnitus days. But other days I don't need it.
