The secret is to relax about the noise and keep your mind busy with other stuff. You’ll soon realise that most of the time you didn’t notice it all. You’ll soon notice that it’s only taken over for a very small portion of your life. It’s all about perspective.

@@vim92 Sorry to know this. For your sake I suggest you don't resist this type of therapy, allow these suggestions to move into your subconscious mind, your mind and body are absolutely connected and your beautiful mind and body has the capability to heal, albeit Tinnitus is a nerve issue, you can absolutely reduce the tinnitus sounds down from 10 to 1. Listen to this for at least 21 days, if that doesn't work, then go for 66 days and if that doesn't work for 250 days...but I suspect after 21 days you will notice a difference and naturally gravitate to listening for longer periods because you notice this difference.

My husband and I listened to this together and we were so amazed by just how relaxed we were! We reached a level where we couldn't even feel that we were holding hands. For the first time in weeks, the sound left me during the deepest part of the relaxation. I actually cried from the relief because I felt hope! I'm going to continue to listen to this every night! I do have the recurring thought of "that's just background noise, it isn't important or worth hearing" and that has truly helped today!

I tried this and it did work to make my tinnitus less noticeable. I was really obsessed with constantly hearing it the last couple of days, this has helped me accept it more. I'll definitely be doing this again, hopefully it improves further. Thank you!

very relaxing exercise, it did bring my attention to some of my deepest anxieties and insecurities and other problems, helped me fix some of them, and I have a general idea of how to fix the others.... it did not really help me with Tinnitus tho so I guess my problem is physical ...

Hi Belal, even though your tinnitus seems to be physical, does not mean this won't work. Your body does respond to your thoughts and feelings, you may find some relief with repetition and consistency :)

Repetition is really important, your subconscious mind makes things automatic because you repeat it. You should not resist it :) If you try again and you do resist it for some reason let me know :)
