1. 2 lb Lean pork
2. 2 lb Chicken thigh
3. 2 Pack baking powder
4. 2 Tablespoon mushroom seasoning
5. 2 Teaspoon sugar
6. 2 Tablespoon potato starch
7. 2 Tablespoon tapioca starch
8. 2 Teaspoon ground white pepper
9. 1/4 Teaspoon salt
10. 4 Tablespoon Lucky fish sauce
11. 4 Tablespoon cooking oil
12. 8 Tablespoon cold water
