@@albertboye3415 as they said, it's halfway through ( at least what I heard) But, Rockstar made more money from shark cards than the actual game (I think the game was like 2 Billion) that's a lot of fuckin' money, and rockstar wants money. Hell the game isn't even enjoiable if you dont buy shark cards. Soo in order to gain more money, they will get the money bringing online mode first, and then add the story bit for bit later on. Look, the game isn't finished yet, because the map isn't finished idk bro Edit: Rockstar left the story mode years ago, but still are doing stuff for the Online mode because of who would have thought more money...
