I had two "orange phase" Brazilians... They are calm gorgeous snakes... Awesome pets... They get good size but not too big to handle alone... The perfect snake for a pet...

Beautiful boa. You are the first I have seen who captures the iridescence on camera! But your viv, while adequate for the snake, doesn't do it justice. A beautiful snake deserves a beautiful viv (even if its only for the owner's pleasure - but that's another subject...!).

Your care video on BRBs was the first one I watched when I got my little Britney. Even though I did a lot of research online, hearing first hand from someone who has one since it was a neonate was very reassuring for me. I got Britney when she was two weeks old, she is now almost 3 months and I swear she has doubled in size! Thanks for making awesome videos!!!

The Heat Inferno A lot of them do in captivity! Especially if you work with them as babies, they grow accustomed to handling and don’t see their owners as a threat which makes for a very pleasant experience. 💕

Beautiful snake :) I have a one year old male brb and he's out climbing his tree once in a while at night. Especially when it's close to feeding day he's hanging on a branch in ambush mode which is cool to see.

My first snake is a Brazilian Rainbow Bow, named Iris (which you helped me name). I noticed in your Instagram pictures, that she kinda changed colors. She was much darker when she was younger, now she’s more the orange color that they’re known for. I’ve been reading around the web and people do say that they tend to change color when they grow. Also, when you do breed her, if you get too, I would love to see a video on how to breed them and how the babies look. Theses are by far my favorite snakes, my other favorite snakes are, Green Tree Pythons (the store I got my BRB from has a super friendly GTP), Kenyan Sand Boas and Eyelash Vipers (I’ll never own a venomous snake, but I really like the Eyelash Viper). I know this is a long comment but I don’t want to make separate comments. Thank you for all the videos about snakes and other reptiles, I have learned a lot from your videos and my own research. Keep up the fantastic work! You’re amazing, keep educating people. Because the day you stop learning is the day you die, you learn something new everyday. Thank you 💕

Again, a pleasure! I would recommend Hardin Herpetologica for your Male BRB. Trace Hardin is an outstanding breeder and a fantastic professional resource for BRBs and Herpetology in general. His collection is absolutely astounding to see. They treat you right and you do not overpay for the kind of quality and service you receive. And for someone like you, who deeply cares about the husbandry aspect of keeping and the quality of care your animals receive, I think you will be quite impressed. Thank you for the video today, I love my BRBs as well. I wish I could pick a favorite snake but I just adore the lot. I wish I had more than a few hours a day to spend with them. I believe that interaction with your snake collection is the most therapeutic thing you can do for yourself. Love and care for your animals and they will reciprocate.

Don't you think that the enclosure should be at least as long as the snake itself? Don't like that you give that advice to people. I know that Boas don't move alot, especially during the day but they do move and they do need space to climb and explore at night. I would suggest a 6 ft wide and 3 ft high enclosure for an adult female epicrates cenchria cenchria.
@FernFernFerm5 жыл бұрын
The enclosure looks super dry aswell :-(

So you gave up a snake you had previously committed to, your ball python, to get another snake that seems kind of irresponsible. Not to be an asshole but you are part of the reason so many reptile rescues are full of ball pythons...nobody wants to keep the first one they get once they see something "better".
