I just finished The Coworker last night and I’m starting The Inmate today and came across this interview right before starting the next book. I’m so glad to hear her comment about The Inmate. It’s fun to read it knowing the author’s personal opinion of the book ☺️. I know this is a year old interview but never too late to thank you for not ☺️ so thank you!!! 🙏🏼🙂.

After being a caregiver for my wife who passed from Alzheimer's Disease, I found myself no longer able to read books. I would start and stop. I started reading Post EMP books, but became bored. After finding McFadden's books, I found her Psychological Thrillers to be impossible to stop reading. I have now read every book and have been surprised at McFadden's ability to surprise me all through the books. I look forward to the book endings because I know there will be a surprising twist that I did not see coming. At 77, I am delighted to be able to read complete books again. Great interview.

Thank you for doing this interview!! Freida became my favorite author after my first read by her(The Housemaid.) Her writing and story telling is phenomenal. Being able to see some of her personality through her post in her Facebook group has made me love her even more. Incredibly funny and interesting! She is on my short list of people I would love to meet!

I stumbled upon Freida McFadden's book, Never Lie, when I was scrolling through audio books and wow, I'm so impressed. I was hooked on this within the first few sentences and I'm now in the 10th chapter and it gets better and better. Freida's writing makes you feel like you are there. Narrators in my opinion can make or break it for me as far as listening goes, and this narrator is really great. I'm so happy to know she's written so many other books that I can look forward to reading. I had no idea she is a physician as well. She's amazing!

For full disclosure I bought her first book yesterday, The housemaid. I read extensive review. I wanted to read her book,very catching story. It is very easy to read. There are lots of quick laugh. No doubt there is very strong story line. My projection is Freida Macffaden name will be become household name just like John Grisham. So far so good, I am at about 80 pages. I am planning to all of her books. My next book will be the inmate.

Great Author! But the interviewer was not up to the mark. She could have asked her diverse questions about her writing challenges, the role of AI in writing, etc but she made it seem like a casual chat. This is a best-selling Author, so at least ask smart questions!
