I think He is on point about what is the most important asset to BH, it's the managers. If Warren Buffet doesn't have a few reliable managers after year of 80, it is very hard to keep BH growing. Human age is the limit, no matter how smart you are, when you are old, you decision making become slow and will make mistake. This is where your company system coming, check your data, your decision and make sure no big mistake. Just remember, most of Buffet's money is accumulated after his age of 70.

I disagree. Howard is exceptional because he looks at the reality of farming and the holistic health of the community he is helping. He is not all about the bottom line and what will make him rich. If his dad had a sense of what is right for humanity he wouldn't invest in Coke and so many other corps that hurt the environment of poor countries and hurt American health as well. Why not help poor Americans Bill and Melinda? This is the country that made you rich, but your loyalty is not about making sure your fellow Americans are eating healthy food. And not drinking COKE. There is so much need right here in America.
