I don't make millions but I threw a lot of things away. I lost my beautiful wife. I lost my house. I threw away hundreds of thousands of dollars into gambling. I lost relationships. And my health is deteriorating. All preventable. All because I wanted more and forgot what I really had the whole time. It's not like I heard this the first time. His answer to the first question is the absolute truth. Just yesterday I had a cousin die of a massive heart attack and then my mother in law decide she didn't want chemo (stomach cancer). So much shit is going on that we take for granted the mundane and ordinary things like eating, walking, speaking, breathing, etc until we have it taken away. Live every day with some sort of purpose. If you had to write your own obituary today what would it say...'was a good dude/girl, went to work and came home, watched tv, was often angry or closed off, won't be missed in a year" Think about it? If you die tomorrow, who is going to give a shit in 6 months.
