What a great 4 by 100 . . . but how very sad the anchor leg couldn't finish it without celebrating (taunting or showing off?) a few meters out from the finish line. I recall Carl Lewis pulling up short, gliding in, in a 200m race where he'd have easily broken Pietro Minnea's 19.72 longstanding 200 WR. Lewis would go on to NEVER hold the WR in the 200. It sort of reminds me of the modern football player, several of whom have actually dropped the ball before passing over the goal line for a TD to start their celebratory shows. Gosh, what has the world come to when some people can't wait a few hundredths of a second before they do a dance or something.

It is still not the FASTEST; something is lacking; I CAN LOWER THIS BY A MINIMUM OF 30% as my strides exceed that of a LION (at this time). BUT, I HAVE NOWHERE TO SHOWCASE THESE TALENTS; BREAKING OF WORLD RECORDS TIMES BY AT LEAST 30% FROM 50M-1500M +!!!
