Thank you for putting up with some of the questionable audio quality in this video - I’m still getting used to some new equipment 🙌

Nice video. As a Saab fan and owner, it's great to see one getting the care it deserves.

Good to see the Saab brand interested a younger generation

What a neat example, its nice that it also has an owner who cares about it, can't say the same about most other saabs sadly.

Hopefully many more happy miles to come for the car and owner. Thanks for watching!

Most saab owners nowadays care about the brand trust me, bought my first saab a year ago, a 9-5 aero og and on my way to buy a 9-3 diesel as a daily and i'm not gonna drive anything else till the rest of my life. There still is a wide community willing to keep this heritage alive and i'm proud to be part of it.

Last year I came across a 2003 Vector 2.0T with 21,000 miles and bought it. I really like the way the vector looks inside and out.

Love those early wheels. Years ago I had a 9-3 that lost its back box on the M20, weirdly the noise inside the car didn’t change at all. I know they have a bad reputation for interior quality but the soundproofing has always seemed very good to me.

I've owned 2 Saabs, an og 2.0 SE 9-5 and an og 9-5 Aero and loved them both. Always preferred the og 9-3 as my choice, particularly in Viggen spec. I tend to shy away from that era of Saab as there was too much GM bean counting going on which reduced the quality of them. Currently own a little Honda CR-Z hybrid which I love because it's so damn cheap to run.

Viggen spec does look lovely. Interesting to know you've now got a CR-Z, I was looking at them on Autotrader recently!

@@BleeCarswell They are great little cars. Don't be fooled by the rear seats, as they are useless. Their reliability is good and the earlier models have Nickel metal hydride batteries (NiMH) which are not as energy dense as Li-on batteries, but have the advantage of being able to be re-conditioned relatively cheaply. Many of these happily running around with 150,000+ miles on the original battery. Mine is 14 years old and still runs like a Swiss watch.

I don’t get why people get so excited about anything other than an Aero. Don’t get me excited at all. I have 3 9-3 Aeros, an 05 Hirsch 252, an 07 2.8 V6 Sportwagon, and an 11 Aero Tx design. They are worth getting exited about. The only positive I will say is that the early cars have significantly higher quality than the later ones. Lots of neat little touches. That colour is Nocturne Blue 290 I’m sure, same as one of mine. I hate the chavvy rear lights; they look awful. And the spacers are too big, they need to go. I also have one of those alloys brand new in the box sitting in my lock up. And your car does NOT deserve anything Hirsch as it isn’t one! P.s Hirsch are still in business, do your research!
