Huh, that’s interesting about the work out bit!! I do little workouts, and yeah! I notice a difference about a week into doing so and it’s really nice! But cardio has always been harder for me, maybe because of the results taking longer to show ha. Been meaning to get back to it, but it’s hard in winter, all cold outside lol! Anyway I think this is a lovely little game!

Thanks for the support lee!! I was going to the gym during lunch breaks and would see almost week over week progress. Cardio is odd because I wouldn’t improve even if I did the same thing for a month. Some quick research I guess your heart and lungs take a lot more time to improve but once they are they stick around unlike most muscle building where you hit your max one week and can’t replicate it regularly. ANYWAYS, thanks again for the support 🥳

Wow 5 minutes my fastest ti.e was 9 min but my current is 12 bc I got out of shape during covid

Yeah I got a 5:36 but haven’t ran like that since high school. I set a record for this dumb pacer test at my high school but don’t think I’ll ever be back in that shape. Gotta just start running and you’ll get better! Thanks for watching and the comment Dylan
