Literally the best thing since Marty. In a recent documentary with Gibson, Mustaine pretty much alludes this. In his perspective, he's been having to settle on guitarists before and between Marty and Kiko. Megadeth had a lot of talented guitarists, but nobody ever owned their role the way Marty and Kiko do.

Go back and listen to the original version buddy......then listen to Marty play it live......Kiko's rendition sounds like an abortion clinic thru a P.A. system Marty purposely out performed himself technically all over Rust In Peace because he knew back then that the era of thrash was peaking and musical styles and directions were gonna change to a more melodic and radio playable friendly transition. So he put it all out there on the table for one last time in the history books because indeed he was correct and Metallica's Black album came out and Megadeths Countdown album came out and the thrash scene wasn't the same at that point anymore and then grunge rock ruled the masses then after Emo-hip-hop-metal somehow slipped in and took over.....oh boy.....not to take away from Wes Borland and the Korn duo axe slingers, but Marty they aren't.....and a Marty their hasn't been since. Thanks Marty for the inspiring guitar playing and licks that will never be forgotten and never be outdone again.

What you have to remember is that at this point in time he most likely already had the throat cancer and didn't know it yet and he's up there giving it his all. It's hard and tiring work for him and you can "visibly" see it. He's trying his hardest and not yet knowing why it's so hard to belt out the high notes.

Don't complain about Dave's Voice... He is old and have multiple of surgeries so of course his voice is not as good as before... I love his old voice but it's time for Dave to sing in low notes... I think Dave should not try to sing anymore the way he sing before... His low notes are great now...
