Josh did amazing work! My husband watched it with me (he does remodeling work as well) He thought that Josh wanted to say a few more things about the duplex, but we didn’t get to hear him. I hope he knows that he does great work. It’s hard to get some materials and appliances for jobs now. Sometimes we have to settle for second choice to meet deadlines. It looks great!

Here in Northern Michigan we have fantastic falls. It is just Rick and I at home.....we always go on color tours, buy apples from a local farm, make chunky applesauce, bake pumpkin and apple pies. Enjoy the crispness in the air and get all outdoor things tucked away before winter. We married in October 1969......fall is our favorite 😍

KATE D. Thinking the same. There is soo much I love about Megan's channel, but every time Josh and Megan interview together, and like today, Megan talks over him. I have a degree in early childhood edu. and what we are talking about is basic social skills, professional termed 'turn-taking'...something. most of people learn from birth. When a person starts talking, you stop talking and listen. Opra Winfrey also talked over her interviewees. It's a habit I had to work hard at changing myself.she If megan reads this, I hope she takes it as constructive criticism Other than this, I love her channel.

I absolutely love fall!!! My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. It's a time family can get together and there's no pressure of gift giving. I'm coming to Pennslyvania on a bus tour from South Carolina at the end of September. I'm hoping the leaves will be turning then. I've never done anything like this. This summer I drove to Oklahoma by myself to see my aunt, uncle, and cousins. I was really proud of myself. I'm 65 and I want to be able to go places while I'm still able to enjoy them. I need to make a bucket list.

I’m really glad you got your van repaired. (Glad you let them know you were ‘holding off’ until it was fixed correctly)!!! Vonnie’s first day of school was exciting! Fall is my favorite season of the year, too! I am so excited it will soon be here. We live in the mountains, and there is nothing more beautiful than seeing them dressed in the fall foliage. Homeschooling is the absolute best! We homeschooled from day one of Kindergarten to graduation day, and it was some of the most precious years of my life. I was so sad when our son graduated, as it had been such a beautiful time of bonding and special moments. We had an amazing homeschool support group and made so many memories. There is nothing on earth like having that one-on-one time with your child each day, and it really creates stability in those formative years! Your rental property is so pretty! I hope the Lord leads great renters to you who will appreciate and care for all your hard work. Josh is so talented and did an amazing job!
