NO SUGAR HIGH ENERGY SMOOTHIE FOR FASTING - As we enter this holy period; it’s very easy to miss out on some of the healthy habits. But that we can’t allow right? So here is the NO SUGAR ENERGY SMOOTHIE FOR UPVAS . It’s full of dry fruits and banana helps keep it sweetZ if you are following vegan diet then can replace milk with non- dairy milk like Almond or Soy. After drinking a glass of this smoothie, you will feel full for 2-3 hours easily. Recipe is easy-
in a mixie, take 3-4 hours soaked dry fruits (5-6 almonds, 5-6 pistachios, Few cashews, 2 walnuts, 2 Fig (anjeer))
add 1 cup milk
add 2-3 cardamom powder and some saffron soaked milk (optional)
few ice cubes and churn it to make thick smoothie
garnish with some more dry fruits and enjoy.

Make sure we need to remove the skin of almond before consuming because it contains tannins which lowers the nutrition absorption in the body .

Weight loss is a function of rest, exercise and food. Only one smoothie or one sided effort cannot help reduce weight . The smoothie helps but u need to do other things too

The purpose of a smoothie is that it will keep you full for 2-3 hours.. you may even skip a meal or delay it and that way it helps you cheat your stomach. That's why smoothies help in reducing weight.. and there is lot of protein inside so it will make you feel full for sure

The biggest mistake is people writing no sugar. This has A LOT of natural sugar in it and isn't healthy if you drink it many times a day and every day. You could get diabetes especially if you already have issues with diet or weight. It is very healthy but full of sugar still

@@MeghnasFoodMagic Although very beneficial this smoothie is, I politely disagree with your statement. Smoothies render the fiber in the fruits as literally useless and thus the sugar content cannot be properly managed by the body when consumed. Without the fiber, there is literally NO DIFFERENCE to the digestive system between sugar and the so called “natural sugar” now being introduced. Believe it or not, excessive smoothies can be a dangerous road that will lead to diabetes.
