Very good themes indeed. There are a lot of good ones anywhere in WoW, and I can't give a definitive answer for myself :) I like especially the ones from the zones which share the most Nostalgia for me.

Nastolgia, through the roof. It's unexplainable, like watching my 12 year old self playing downstairs with the entire family asleep as I camped and finally got the TLPD. This soundtrack brings tears to my eyes. Wrath is more than a game to me, it was a chapter of my life, simpler times, pure moments, and memories I hope to always remember. Thank you to everyone who made this game the great game it came to be. I can't wait for wrath classic.

54:57 this melody is so nostalgic and dear to me. The setting as well, Halls of Lighting was such a beautiful dungeon it's so intricately designed, the lore and story of it is also very interesting. If I'm not mistaken, it's the one where you're discovering the place with Brann Bronzebeard (im not even sure which Bronzebeard brother it was 😅) or was it Halls of Stone. I remember after we'd finish the dungeon and everyone leaves the party, I'd linger around and explore the place a bit more, it was so well designed. The entirety of Storm Peaks and Ulduar especially, is. I have spent countless hours over the years flying around and discovering the huge towers everywhere in those icy mountains, there always seemed to be something new waiting for you to discover. That place was absolutely mesmerizing

Using this video while I study. I'm faraway from my family, my friends, my partner, in a foreign city which I hate. I'll be stuck there for a year, facing a uncertain future. Your music helps me to stay grounded in this bizarre reality, akin to an unbelievable nightmare of which I cannot wake up from. This music reminds me of my youth, protected from the outside monstrosities ... Innocent. Nearing 30 years old now, I feel all but worthy. Started playing in BC, did every possible quest I could find and explore every inch of every maps, even from vanilla. Did the same when WOTLK kicked off which i really loved and spent countless hours in Storm peaks listening to the music while chatting with guildmates. Quit after a week into Cata (hated it so bad) and was astounded when I came back a few weeks before Shadowlands to realize all my characters were still there after all those years which already was a big kick in the feels, but more importantly, when I first log in with my main I was in Storm peak with the music at 0:10 starting to play. It felt like a big : welcome back! :)

I actually enjoyed cata. The dungeons and raids were fun and challenging, the new races were great for pvp. It was also awesome to see all the old world areas finally updated with new graphics. The lore was cool too. But yeah so many players dropped off WoW during cata, including me after a while. Never did play the game as hard as I played vanilla/tbc and especially wotlk again. That said, I really enjoyed Shadowlands and I feel strongly that WoW IS still good, they just do one bad expansion and then one good expansion so sometimes its bad lol, but it can and should continue to exist for decades to come. Looking forward to wotlk classic, if I can find the time to play it!!

You captured the exact feeling why I fell in love with wow music, it's those moments when I got tired of running forever to get to the next town, then a new zone came into view against a moody moon-rise, and just as I find a safe spot to stop and awe at the new scenry, the zone music starts to play that somehow exactly match the mood of the scene, what a wondrous trip!!!

I finished my sons of hodir daily quest farm yesterday. It has been awful, the quests were so bland back in the days and reaching the place did take a long time itself. A total pain in the ass. Yet here I am, the day after, listening to that masterpiece that goes from 0:00 to 1:45, suddenly realizing how much I ended up loving the experience as a whole. the story, the ambience, the soundtracks... it's so magical

I really liked this zone. I love the scale of the environment and the theme. It felt epic and cosmic. The music had a very odd effect on me. I felt some sort of nostalgia, even as I was experiencing the zone in real time. I don’t think any other Wow zone has made me feel this way. They did a great job.
