i am absolutely in love with the pictures! and i am also very thankful for your videos with the kodak h35 because i could saw how the results look like with 3 different isos! so now i know that i can use basically any film in this camera if i pay attention on the lighting of the places. congragulations and greetings from brazil :)

Lovely images for a such a basic little camera 📷 I must admit I was tempted by this little half frame camera but I found a mint 1960s Olympus Pen EE half frame camera locally for £15, so it was a no brainer really. I've yet to try it but if my photos come out half as good as yours, I'll be very happy. Were those light leaks in the first few frames? I've added your channel, hopefully you'll connect with another retro photographer.

Can you give us a tips video how you take good shots on this camera? Just bought mine because it was on sale and want to take awesome photos like yours. What film do you recommend and how well does it do in certain weather (best tips/advice on how to take indoor, outdoor, cloudy, sunny, etc). You got yourself a new subscriber! ❤

Got the same camera, and I can recommend you some film stocks to buy. If you want that vintage look, get kodak gold but shoot it in sunny days because of its low ISO. If you want something balanced, try kodak ultramax. It's 400 iso, so it can handle itself well in cloudy or sunny conditions. PRO TIP: USE FLASH WHENEVER YOU'RE SHOOTING INDOORS. Got a lot of underexposed images because I didn't use the flash

Hi thank you so much for the support! I definitely agree with Marcus, so far the 400 film stocks work very well. In theory, the dimmer/darker the lighting, the higher the iso. I’m still experimenting but I’ll make a video to compare my results soon and keep you posted 💕

Great video. Really want to try out the Ektar H35 but i am a complete newbie trying to get started on this. So, do you get the film developed and then scan these pictures or is there any other way to get them in digital format

Thank you! I just dropped by a photo lab and handed them my roll of film. They developed it and sent the scans over in an email. I'm pretty sure the film has to be processed first before you can digitally scan the negatives.

I honestly had no idea what the stickers were for so thank you for bringing this up! But yeah I didn’t use the stickers because I saw the same patterns on the side of the canister ✌️
