It’s a shame Zero Sign was never used or acknowledged again. A lot of characters tend to pull these sort of moves out of nowhere and never use them again. So in case you were curious, Zero Sign is a move that allows Ban to rob any perception of him from a target or set of targets, allowing him to be absolutely undetectable until he goes on the offensive. It’s more than just invisibility, it’s like he’s not even there at all, and it doesn’t seem like there’s a power cap like his other moves, as it worked on all of the Ten Commandments, who were leagues above him at the time.

Spoilers: estatossa’s commandment is that if you hate someone you can’t attack them and Meliodas had hatred in his heart when he used the counter. Same reason why estarossa could kill him, because as he said himself he loved him

The amount of characters that match that exact description is appalling. Even when he is important to the story of NNT, he gets clowned on and does very little. Has the emotional depth of soup, despite being the titular Arthur of the legends NNT is based on.
