I have estrogen dominance too. I eat celery and carrots everyday(to bring down the estrogen). Coffee, wine and eggs raise estrogen so I rarely consume them

I saw that you have Ceylon cinnamon, is that personal preference or does it go better in coffee? I've never had it but I know it has a lighter taste
