I love how intuitive you are about your meals. I’m working on my recovery from anorexia and your positive mindset towards food and listening to your body is inspiring. Yes, it must be a normal thing for you but for me it’s something I’m striving back to ♥️

“People always like to have their two cents about what you’re eating.” Couldn’t be more true. I had a girl get genuinely mad at me because I mentioned having an evening snack. Even if you don’t agree with someone’s eating habits it’s not your place to boss them around!

I know I'm not Melissa, but taking a tuppaware box can be useful, so you can eat til you are satisfied, and take the rest home!

I love these videos, always find tons of inspo for my meals and habits :) You can try another version of a raw carrot salad by adding grated apple and lemon juice as a dressing - super tasty!

also love the middle plants may have not survived because ypur other ones may have sucked all the light and covering the other ones so they werent able to get any "food". but im so glad your other plants are thriving!

I have estrogen dominance too. I eat celery and carrots everyday(to bring down the estrogen). Coffee, wine and eggs raise estrogen so I rarely consume them

I love chlorophyll water! I use the same large Mason jar but brew a strong cup of peppermint tea and then add the drops. 😊

In Germany we have a raw carrot salad we make it wish shredded carrots and apples, lemon and honey and it's soo good 😋😋 love your what I eat in a day videos! Either daily or weekly I just find them entertaining ☺️

Do you do anything with the pulp left behind from the juicing? I know there are ways to use it but I'm not sure what to do with it, and it feels kinda wasteful to just throw away. Any ideas you could share would be great. Love these videos 😊 awesome tip about the carrots for PCOS btw!

Love your videos Melissa! Have you tried cutting out dairy ? It really helped clear my skin as dairy can sometimes cause inflammation , but everyone reacts different to certain foods, just a thought :)

You should look into powdered minerals, you can find them almost any store now, your meals look great, but craving chocolate is related to lo mineral intake ☺️ i am a nutritionist

Hey Melissa, thanks for the ideas, I love you what you eat videos (week is nice even if it's not consecutive days cause, more ideas lol) I get in a slump sometimes like I'm sure everyone does! I saw that you have Ceylon cinnamon, is that personal preference or does it go better in coffee? I've never had it but I know it has a lighter taste
