Hi Guys,
Happy weekend! I can't believe its Saturday already. I feel the time is flying by this year. This is our very last video of wellness month and honestly one of my favorite! I am so proud of each one of you for joining us. We have done more than 13 workouts all together. You guys inspire me to keep focusing on my own personal wellness, which inspires a lot of the videos I share!
Especially with the pandemic I feel we have become so much closer and more connected on the internet. It's a beautiful thing that we are all able to workout together and motivate each other!
This weekend I am going to take it easy. My plans are to go for a walk on the beach, do my laundry and film a holiday gift guide for you guys. Do you have any fun or relaxing plans for the weekend?
I am gonna be honest, I am looking forward to the holidays! It felt a bit weird to get in the mood because its still pretty warm in L.A. , I see palm trees everywhere and I am not with my family. Max and I got a Christmas tree today to make our space a little more cozy and to get into the holiday spirits. In Dutch we will call this " gezellig". Its a cozy, nice, warm ambience. I wish they had word in English for this haha!
In today’s video I wanted to share some of my favorite healthy meals I like to eat during the week. I didn't get the chance to film everything but I wanted to show you guys most of it! If you have any questions for me about the recipes or something completely different, let me know in the comments down below. I will try to do my best to respond to all of them.

My observation is that she doesnt restrict what she eats but my god she knows a reasonable portion! I love how much cooking she does! So inspiring.

I loved this. Just watching the video, I could feel how nourished and well I would feel eating all of this - and very satisfied! I feel physically terrible right now and this was very inspiring. Slimming down and being healthy go hand and hand. I think this was a testament to health rather than weight loss, which is fantastic.

Hey Sanne! 🌟I think you can add tahini in your pumpkin spice smoothie bowl. Because combination of pumpkin and tahini is sooo good. I'm from Turkey and we boil the pumpkins in water with sugar (or healthy another options i think honey the best) . When it is cooked, we put tahini and walnuts on it. Aww you've to try it, it's my favorite ❤️ (I am bad at grammer, sorry :))

I tried persimmon for the first time, 2 days ago and just fell in love with it 😍 I thought it would taste pumpkiny, but it was sweet with the texture like pomato. Didn't know what it was called, though 😂

hi sanne! here's a recipe you should try out; it's so simple yet delicious: pan fry a serving of feta in a bit of olive oil. In the mean time, whisk 2 eggs in a bowl with some pepper, dried oregano and turmeric, then add to the now melted feta in the pan and scramble the eggs until cooked!

You are so welcome! I workout probably 4 times a week 45 minutes. I do stretch every day for 30 minutes :)

Arugula, zucchini, chickpeas, bacon, ricota and avocado Monday: Morning smoothie - Half of an avocado, cacao powder, protein powder, one cup of frozen spinach, cinnamon, vanilla extract, coconut oil and almond milk. Add a little granola on top. Lunch - butternut soup (add dukkah on top) with avocado toast Snack - Hummus with cucumber Dinner - Cauliflower with turmeric prepped in the oven, with brown rice and salmon. Add some beet, fermented sauerkraut and avocado smash Tuesday: Breakfast - pumpkin spice smoothie bowl 4:15

@@konspoensch589 I roast on the pan sunflower seeds and when they are nicely golden, some of them brown-y I throw them into blender and mix until smooth. Salt/sugar as preferred. If You have any hesitation there is some on the market ready to buy, there is literally a brand called Sunbutter :D You can make green cookies with it because of the chlorophyll seeds contain. It didnt work with one I made unfortunately but they were good
