I came across your channel by chance. It has been inspiring. I myself have lost quite a bit of weight at my heaviest I was probably 250+ pounds wearing a size 28 in clothes I am currently 66kg that's 10 st 3 and wear UK 10/12 in clothes. It's been a real emotional roller coaster watching others like yourself is very encouraging. I have a lot of loose skin (I see you have none lol) what tips can you give on losing or toning this. My friend turned me on to your channel. Great info! Thank you for putting this on because I have begun my slow balanced diet a little more than a year ago. All the videos were of quick fix weight loss diets and extreme sports but what about the people who are obese! Yep, you answered it. I've always been interested in bikini competitions, I really admire the dedication! I've weightlifted on and off for decades, but never long enough consecutively to see major results. I was always thin until last year, I gained 50 lbs. Just turned 39 and want to finally achieve my bikini body, for my 40th bday! Love seeing transformations and women like you two, very inspiring! Hi Jasmine. If you are already a lifter perhaps competing is something you could try. It does require a lot of discipline but its very motivating to have something to work towards. Hi Charlotte I'm definitely doing an update because Ayo is competing in 2 bikini shows in the Autumn and she looks absolutely incredible even now. She is testimony to what can be achieved with the right mind set attitude and discipline.

My struggle is giving up junk food, I know I have to and pretty much try everyday but fail by the evening. Any suggestions to combat what I seriously believe to be sugar addiction?

Do it slowly. You can’t stick to a diet if you cut everything out at once. If, for example, you eat 10 doughnuts every day, in week one, eat 9 doughnuts for the first week. Eat less each week. You need to wean yourself off, but it doesn’t mean you have to eliminate everything from your diet. See how your body responds. It’s not a quick fix and you have to find something that will work for a lifetime. Watch Kimonica on KZbin. She takes a gentler approach.

Personally, I've found it easier to go cold turkey with sugar, otherwise you never kerb the cravings. Cutting down gradually is like slow torture.
