I think the practice of Heart-Brain Coherence will become the biggest spiritual breakthrough.. not that it’s new as it’s based upon timeless teaching but this has been the biggest game changer in my 40+ years of spiritual training..stimulates the vagus, balances nervous system.. I healed lifelong disease doctors said was incurable.. cured anxiety, depression.. I’m consciously creating my reality and living my dream… this all ties into what Mel is teaching. I definitely recommend looking into it. Cultivate presence and the frequencies of the heart is the solution.. remember the heart cannot be negatively programmed.. only the mind can.

It’s the warm bath. It’s the heat of a hot tube. It’s the self massage of neck Pain. It’s the yoga. It’s the quiet time by yourself for 30 minutes a day. It’s the soft music. It’s the beautiful soft cat or dog. It’s finding peace for your self. It’s not torturing yourself with go, go, go. Rush, rush, rush.

I love how Mel explains everything. She tells about her experiences and is so human! Me, here in Finland just wondered that when I was at the school decades ago (I am now 58), the idea of speaking and listening and reading English felt unrealistic. And here I am now, listening all kind of podcasts, reading books, writing and if necessary, and talking in English. It is amazing that seemingly people also understand me. Without learning English, I’d not get this kind of information so easilly. I could not understand Mel at all. But now - I can! 😅

I use yoga to reset my vagus nerve, and my family will ask me if I’ve done yoga today when I’m upset and being a shitty mom - and the answer is ‘no’ 99% of the time. I’m 48 with a lot of childhood trauma and yoga has become a daily necessity.

f you're feeling worried and anxious, it's important to prioritize self-care. Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing and meditation. Engage in physical exercise and spend time in nature. Identify your triggers and develop coping strategies. Seek support from loved ones or a mental health professional. Remember, taking care of your mental health is essential for overall well-being. Wishing you peace and calmness, Dil.

You are bigger than what you survived, what a beautiful understanding of trauma I've found your podcast & I thank you with all my heart for helping enotional/mental healing. I high fived my heart along with you with the sentences, I'm ok, I'm safe I'm loved. I cried aloud Mel, but I continued on & will continue this reconstruction of my negative, panic trained mind.
