I had a job with a group of people that every year would complain from September to February about how much they hated it getting dark so early! I'm like- there are places on the planet you could move to.... it happens the exact same way every year! 🙄

Ugh… the weather. After a stunning winter and spring in Phoenix, the temps are inching up and we are getting ready for our first triple digit day next week… the dread of the heat every year. Something for me to get present to and work this out for myself. I’ll never complain about the rain. The heat is another thing entirely.

I have been trapped by the death of my 2 sons, the loss of numerous core people in my life, the loss of the one I thought protected my heart, my PTSD from racing around a hospital looking for a working crashcart for my patient crashing in the ER. My trauma fromm first hand experience in Covid then m own personal 2 year+ journey with Long Haul COVID…. My huge issue is I ISOLATE. I need true help in finding faith in this world again. I fixed myself from COVID but I am in a rut! I just found you! Thank you! I think you will help me. How do I get beyond my fear of getting COVID again and my health taking another dive. It’s nutty. Did you make this episode for me? I feel like you’re personally talking to me at some points in this… I’m taking this in seriously having a look at myself. Yeah it’s okay I see and not only was I tested once but twice my birds even wanted to see how much patience I have. I think I might of f failed this test a few times I’m going to pass it next time. I think I was missing the message and then you come on to do this. I think the universe is trying to say something I know there’s no such thing as a coincidence nature can’t be telling me the same thing you’re telling me and they’re not be a correlation. Animals are great teachers. Thank you for helping me today. Yeah something big is going on and by the universe I am being help in more than one way. Thank you very much . I keep hearing a message in the back of my head, prepared the way❤

Mel, You and I started 75 Hard About the same time. I started january 10th 2023. I did this with my kids that live in Phoenix. I, on the other hand live in the White mountains of arizona 6700 elevation. The first 9 out of 10 days.I walked in a snow storm or a blizzard!😂 I started high 5ing myself when I hit the bottom of my driveway all the way up to the mirror! When it got too late to walk out in the woods, I walked around my one acre lot for forty five minutes. I did the walk twice a day outside. You had just started your new podcast they are amazing to this day and they are what got me out the door. I couldn't wait to listen to you.I actually saved some up because I was walking everyday and your podcast was monday and thursday. The 2nd month I added weight trainig indoors. 75 Hard was one of the best things I have ever done and so encouraging to do with family and a friend. I lost 20 pounds, but it was a little too much for my 68 yr old face. It was the first time in my life I had to gain weight to look better! Anyway, that's not my point. .Walking in so many snow storms in 75 days I realize I could do anything. I just turned 69 And I think I just figured out what my last purposes are on this planet so im signing up for your class! I am so excited.🤸‍♀️🤸🤸‍♂️ I will keep you posted. Thank you, thank you.Thank you and I love you so much.❤ Your podcasts have changed my life for the better! Ps Every time I hear one of your Podcasts I want to put on my shoes and get out the door!😂

I am making the decision to switch things up with a simple change: not waiting for the end of the day to relieve my pain stretching in the hot tub. It’s been more helpful than any pain medicine, so why have I been restricting myself to endure the day before relief? I’m changing my routine, and maybe that includes tonight’s hot tub time, but if I know it helps, I am not wasting time to push through to (the end of day future), but doing something as soon as this video ends! I am confident this simple choice to get off KZbin scrolling the shorts and taking charge.

If you want this for your own personal satisfaction, then go for it. If you are doing it solely for career advancement this close to ending your career, I would out those resources towards planning for life after you leave teaching. Do what feels best to you.
