I've made this, you're right, it is THE BEST!...of the best. There are 3 of your recipes that are must-makes in our home at the holidays throughout the year, this is one of them...another is your cranberry jalapeno cream cheese dip (yours was the first I'm sure, though I've seen a few copy-cats that fall short)...the third is the Greek Feta dip. Omgosh. To die for.

Exactly what I've been looking for! If there is anyone in Canada looking for a recipe like Sorentos Dip - look no further. Amazing! No more will I put mayo and sour cream into making this dip! A little tip - I added a sprinkle of parsley on top before baking. :)

The only issue with microwing the flour mixture is will the flour taste cook out of the mixture?

What exactly is half and half? I live in the UK and we don’t have it. We have Single cream, that looks thin like that, we have whipping cream and double cream. Is it anything like these or can I make it myself by mixing one of them with milk? Thanks ☺️
