Easiest Crockpot Spinach and Artichoke Dip // New Year’s Eve or Game Day ❤️

If your hosting a big New Years Eve party, taking it to a friends house or lounging on the couch watching the ball drop on tv, this crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip
will make it all complete. This dip is super easy, creamy and cheesy. I like serving it in a colorful dish surrounded by crostini bread and an assortment of crackers
and pita chips. The best part about it in addition to being delicious is the crockpot will keep it nice and warm a lot easier than if it was prepared on the stovetop
or in the oven. I hope you give it a try. ❤️
INGREDIENTS-----------------------
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 C. Sour Cream
3/4 C. Mayonnaise
1 C. Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 C. Freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 big Garlic clove finely minced
1/4 C. Finely chopped red onion
12 oz. Jar marinated Artichoke Hearts (well drained)
12 oz. Frozen spinach (thawed,drained,chopped)
1/4 tsp Salt or to your liking
Pepper as needed
Red pepper flakes as needed (optional)
Non stick spray or butter

As men we all try to find ourselves a Rachel. Not many woman my age take pride in making a great home cooked meal for their families. It sure seems like this is getting lost in the current American society and it's so badly needed. This is what brings the family together. It's so so important and my best memories are my grandma making her home made dishes for us on any given holiday. I hope woman strive to be more like this and less like the Kardashians. Money isn't as important as people think it is. Sure we all need it but what is truly important is the time we have together. It's taking me a long time to realize that and I'm 34 with a family of my own. Wish nothing but the best for you and your family! Going to try a few of your dishes for sure!

I add some hatch green Chile! And double or triple the recipe. It freezes great …then I just thaw in the fridge over night and reheat! Easy peazy
