it's an enlightening, entertaining presentation. the same message has been conveyed artistically by the Thakurs of Bengal,Rabindranath Tagore being the most celebrated and well-known around the world. i agree with most of the ideas-feelings upheld here. just one addition: earth is what it is; it's neither a mother nor a father or any other human gender. also, feminine being associated with the "dark/ominous/painful" is a biased view. it's a social/cultural construct. it often leads to "mother fixation" which is a denial on the part of "children" to grow up. you can call it "father fixation" also, same thing. it's nice to see the folk traditions of Bangladesh being presented and preserved by talented artists. i hope to see the classical Bengali tradition also in the upcoming TEDx events and ensuing discussions. love blessings.
