Would covering the insulation forge with some kind of lid be worth the effort? would it speed up the process or would that be dangerous?

We have constructed a better gas furnace (see our other video) with an insulated lid :) it has a hole in the lid to let out the fire and pressure.

A fast way to remove the lead is smack the cable on concrete till straight. Then use a skill saw, with depth set just to cut the lead. It will now peel like a banana.

Tak Mikkel! Vi er først lige ved at få lidt omdrejninger i maskinen - for et par måneder siden havde vi ikke mere end 20 følgere :)

4:40 what does 'oops' mean in German? JK that lead is heavy.... thanks for posting. I have a piece of telephone sheath that is lead. It was easy to just pull the twisted pairs out from it ...... didn't have to bisect it

They were doing it outside where any lead fumes would disperse into the atmosphere, and besides, lead oxide is the toxic part of it. As long as they didn't have airborne particles of the oxide, then it's fine.

please explain in for F and C degrees. You need to explain to the world what you are doing.

We'll consider this; an until then we hope you can multiply by 1.8 and add 32 to the degrees celsius :)
