It has something to do with the brain, weird sciene, but it does work. The cross is no help though as far as I'm concerned... you could create any shape and get the same outcome. *I didn't fact check this, but I've been learning and hearing about this all my life, I just shared my knowledge*

After a physical shows nothing odd, the doc sits down to ask some qualitative questions. How's my appetite and bowel movements, same stuff my parents had been asking. *Que meme Turns out I have Crohn's disease. I was living in constant pain, and it was so consistent that my 12yo self was convinced that's just what abdomins feel like. They got me on prednisone immediately while they looked for long term treatment options, and that was the first time I'd eaten a full plate of food in months. . . . Related story, I frickin love shredded wheat. Like, it's a problem. As in, with my intestines melting because of Crohn's disease, eating shredded wheat felt like running a steel brush through my gut. But I would pluck up the courage to eat a bowl every few days.
