Having a whole jug of water is retarded though unless it's for medical reasons like the kidney stone thing. You can carry a 40 oz. bottle and just refill it. Usually meathead bodybuilders carry a whole jug with them when they're cutting because drinking more water helps you lose weight and suppresses your appetite. Wrestlers do that too and carry a jug with them to drink it all day so they can gain water weight if they need to quickly move up to the next weight class for wrestling and most of them aren't much better than the meathead bodybuilders. They can easily do the same things with a smaller water bottle but the jug is like a symbol of asshole-ness or something. Lmao. It's not exclusive to guys either.
