I’m a physician. I can understand why the nurse asked questions about sexual activity. You can be reinfected with HIV. The virus is highly mutagenic. Because of this each strain can behave differently. There are two types HIV 1 and 2. Thus you still need to protect yourself. Plus other infections to be protected from. Furthermore, undetectable is not negative. Each instrument has a limit of detection. That may differ based on the methodology used. So his levels are lower than what is detected by that instrument but doesn’t mean he’s without circulating virons. I hope this clarifies.

This mess touches real people 's lives. My niece was was about 24 when her husband gave her HIV. She had 2 young children. Thankfully they were not positive. Apparently he had been seeing the prostitutes on the streets of Miami. Miami was central for HIV several years ago. Seems like it could be Houston now. Thank goodness for HIV drugs, she's doing well. Watch STD videos with your kids. Show them what it looks like. Show them what happens when someone gets it. And let them see that people actually die from some of the diseases. Then arm them with boundaries on how to protect themselves. I have kids too and I’m worried about the yucks out there but I’m hoping my kids will learn from the videos and carry the knowledge with them. Parents can only teach and guide their kids.

sounds like you're raising them right, however, don't blame men only, women do this to themselves time and time again. they do all this objectification on their own time, making tiktoks, onlyfans, refusing respectable jobs in favor of easy money. this is all their own undoing. men really haven't done any of that, its all them. they were given freedom and the ability to get respectable jobs, be good wives, be good mothers, and they continue to take the easy path of government checks, drugs, and selling their bodies.
