But in today's life complications with full of stress, strain, financial crisis, depression, uncertain future, less privacy time, undernutrition & mal nutrition, unhealthy eating & living habits, lack of discipline, poor time management etc naturally nothing works well as desired. Also we Indians are not so fitness conscious like westerners which plays a major role in bed. Even in 30s couples suffer with so much ill health like sugar, BP, arthritis, back pains, obesity etc. I believe that sex is different from love making. Sex is an activity like eating to quench your hunger, but love making is an art - like taking time and tasting & enjoying your food. Most people only eat their food than enjoying their food. Most couple fails to understand that they will surely go through mid life crisis atleast once in their journey and don't know how to spice up their married life & they giveup. 🤷‍♂

I appreciate this psychological perspectives presented in this book...but I felt fundamentally we as a society have understood few things...Why don't we understand "sex" just as a part of life process/biological process...?The basic processes of life include organization, metabolism, responsiveness, movements, and reproduction. In humans, who represent the most complex form of life, there are additional requirements such as growth, differentiation, respiration, digestion, and excretion. All of these processes are interrelated. Why we give so much unwanted importance to something that's part of life just as it is...I feel all these complicate our life...both traditional stigmas and modern stigmas are complicating many topics as taboo always by fundamentally not understanding its fundamental purpose/root causes of problems...are we still living with heard mentality as a 5-sense animal rather than a 6-sense animal....this is just my humble question...I really appreciate criticisms...just wanted to share this question...
