I cannot leave a woman. I am okay if they leave me. If I leave a woman, the thought of Is she doing okay? will keep following me. When I give my loyalty, I do not abandon. I do not like the modern dating scene / situationships / whatever.. Get bored and move on. It is sad... I love my parents and my grandparents era where your word meant something. Cool-videos! My five-year relationship came to an end a month ago. The love of my life chose to leave, and I can't stop thinking about him; I love him so deeply. I've done everything I can to win him back, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. Despite my efforts to move on, I just can't shake the thoughts of him. I don’t know why I’m sharing this, (but I really miss him)

Saying goodbye to someone you love is difficult; I know this from my 12-year relationship ending. But I was unable to simply let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually sought aid from a spiritual counselor, who was able to help me regain his affection.

Such an fascinating conversation, guys. You've really opened my mind. Thankyou. I just wanted to add 1 reason for cheating is to test the love. When u come clean ur so hopeful that ur lover will still want to be with you and love you. It's why i cheated, anyway. I always loved that person the most, no doubt (but that's bc of trauma.) But I had quite a lot of friends who were cheaters. Male and female who did it for the same reason. (I can only presume we were all broken people who kinda didn't feel like they deserved to be loved, tbh.)

It could be any number of reasons. He might be conditioned to keep conversations open because in the real world yes or no often ends a conversation and people don't ask follow up questions. Sadia would clearly accept any answer and then ask why that is... so he might also have just skipped that step. It might also have to do with his fears he mentioned he has. He's clearly not avoiding answering the question, but it does seem like his opinion might be still in development, he also might not be a black and white thinker and thinks it's all circumstantial, as are most things in life. There's no difference between a belief and an opinion and sometimes we don't give things enough thought to have a belief about them... and to have an opinion would be disingenuous Who knows though.. it is a good observation on your part

As a man in denial, a slight attempt at humor: "No we do not! Now, please excuse me while I go n collapse in a pile of drool and anything else that might come out if one collapses due to exhaustion too hard for too long." Mental health-wise for men, I kinda fret that it might be a sorta 'best take care of this yourselves chaps, because no-one else is coming' kinda thing. But then again, we're in 'femicide' type times, whilst also seemingly adjusting most things to become so equal that.. opposite & equal reactions from the other end of such spectra might be presumed, for better & worse. Thanks for your content, Sadia.

If you study history of peoples around the world, polygamy was rarely sensual or romantic but necessary for survival of a tribe, family or group. Consider factors such as war, raiding hostiles, disease & starvation

No. I won’t stay in a relationship if the sex becomes stale or no longer attracted to the person. That’s just one of an infinite number of reasons why I’ll never marry or have kids. People change. Situations change. Everyone deserves an easy out. Only someone insecure and selfish wouldn’t see it that way. We’re all unique. Generalizations about an entire gender are lazy and untrue.

The thing is we all have a different love language and in relationships we need to understand our partners love language and they ours. Men and women are very very different. Our needs are different and often its the little things that matter. Undersanding each others needs is key. Intimacy is more than sexual. It's showing up every day with the same energy and communicating the good, the bad, and the ugly, safe in the knowledge that you are loved and you are safe.

Also maintaining the attraction is important by keeping up with the polarity dynamic.. making sure you as a man are in your natural state of masculinity and the woman in her natural feminine state. Then it will never due out. Men are solar beings in fire element. Solid base. Women are lunar beings in water element. Cyclical flow.

What we are BY NATURE is no longer relevant for me. What a person chooses to do now or has chosen to do or to become is what matters to me now because THAT is the person that I have to deal with now or choose to not to deal with anymore.

I've struggled with porn most of my life, and I was out of control when I had multiple affairs during my 4-year marriage. We divorced a year and half ago now, and I'm still ashamed of myself because I felt like an addict, and I couldn't control myself. I know with the woman I pursued while I was married, it was physical lust that overtook me. Was it something that was missing from my relationship, perhaps, but instead of suggesting my wife did anything that led me to lying and cheating, I did what I did, and I have to face the responsibility for my actions. I'm on my way to healing and no longer being controlled by my urges.

You can grow to not cheat, but it's a harder challenge then it is for someone who doesn't. Like drugs. You can be a recovered alcoholic but it would be more of a focus in building to maintain recovery. The expression more susceptible in a particular weakness, so it requires more attention. More education education in focusing to not brake.

I don’t think men who are cheating are necessarily afraid of their partners. It’s more like the situation they are in. They might love their wife and kids and not want to give up their family so they try to have both. It could also be for financial reasons that they don’t want to leave the relationship or marriage.

Agreed. Many women desire multiple lovers too. Each man has different skills, body composition, strengths, etc. I’m high maintenance, one single man can’t do or be it all nor would I want to put that pressure on him. I have no desire to be anyone’s one and only either. That’s a burden and liability that doesn’t work for me. People cause so much of their own problems and stress with silly expectations of monogamy. A relationship shouldn’t feel like a cage or prison. It’s not about possession or dependency. It should be about mutual pleasure, sharing and growth.

i love sadia and i clearly don’t have her expertise however i work with a lot of women and im seeing a pattern with some women in their late 40s early 50s that their partners aren’t wanting sex with them and theyre now considering cheating because of it, so is the man cheating already? or has the man’s sex drive gotten low and the women’s sexual desire has gone higher? These women have both expressed to their husbands that they feel neglected and need more, these women also take care of themselves so what’s going on here? im very confused if women sex drive is supposed to go down with age or does menopause cause a hormonal change? Also may i add they both love their partners and but don’t feel desired .

No no no, I don't need to babysit anyone's triggers. That person needs to heal. I won't change my ethics and the way I give love just because someone will get 'triggered' and be more probe to cheating otherwise. Very bad advice, and is a projection on your part. Just because youre a more codependant style person in a relationship "having to know what your partner is doing at all times etc" doesn't mean your advice is correct and you preach it to the world. If you advise people it's important to know ehat a projection is.
