In the city where I am - they repeatedly try to establish grocery stores with government assistance - but then go out of business in a few years because retail theft losses cause them to go out of business.... over and over. Grocery is low margin business of around 2-3%. It doesnt take more than few years of sustained losses before owners give up and leave for suburban lower crime areas.

4:38 I wont say that their research was wrong but I think that might differ with the social environment around them In my case, most of the males I meet keep the worst things to myselves. I realized this on a day when I realized someone else is keeping a stressfull thing inside them Until that day, I thought I was the only one who did this, but I was wrong And about females, not only their mood changes, they get hurt even by a comment by the teacher which is not even that big For ex, one day the teacher tried to explain us something with an example and he took a female for taht example, after he stopped talking, she was angry and started to argue with the teacher at some level While males, can get hurt, let alone being joked at, and they dont show it I would just say females cant keep their pain inside them, while male can, and it is not universally true, it depends on the social environment

When I was thirteen, I slow but steady got into chronic depression, and then, with recurrent suicidal ideation… this year - I’m twenty one - I got into remission and I’m still learning how to live with a healthy-physiological brain 😂 But there were very painful years, full of suffering and the desperate need to disappear to this world -there were good moments, of course -. I think in puberty we must pay special attention to mental health.

Imo the worst part about male puberty is that it can start at 12, or even at 16. Mine started at 15, and when all my classmates and friends were already big, tall, muscular, strong and hairy, and had their deep voices, I was a little 5,3 squeaker with absolutely 0 body hair and strenght of an 8 year old...
