Relatively good arm genetics and comparison to other muscle groups. He even said his shoulders aren’t a genetic strong point for him and so by comparison his bis and tris look huge. Also spamming overhead tricep kickbacks I guess

As far as celeb workout routines go this one is actually fantastic. Time those rest periods, allow 2-3 minutes rest between sets of same exercise. Props‼️

Slow really helps you keep the weights lighter. Also had a back injury and unless you’re training for a sport, slow is the way to go!

For shoulder issues I just hang on a pull up bar for 1 min doing a few sets and within a week it I felt better and Joe Rogan mentioned this exercise in his show

Can't go wrong with the basics. This is a nice, medium intensity auxiliary workout. The fact I really appreciate is that he's not a fake natty although he easily could have been in the hollywood roid-blasting reality of 2022. If you're a beginner - I'd listen very carefully to all that stuff he says in the intro, some of those tips are golden.

Those shoulder exercises are pretty prone to shoulder injuries actually if you're inwardly rotated like that (depending on your body disposition - shoulder position). Happened to me.

@@marknutt4398 nah looks like an acj separation. If I had to guess it looks like about a grade 2 if not 3. I had a grade 3 separation myself about a year ago and it’s where the ligaments that hold the end of the collarbone to the Coracoid are torn resulting in instability and deformation.

I’m trying to get shredded too. Trouble is I don’t like a lot of healthy foods, so I’m downing a lot of water and protein milk to curb the appetite along with fruit. Not ideal, I know but I’m still eating bad stuff for one meal like every other day or so. I need a lot of work and help before I’m where I want to be, but I’m with him, I don’t like the feel of the gym but I love the benefits of workouts so I’m really pushing myself
