I have just done it. Very complete ✅ and well done. Designed with excercises that requires contract core muscles so during the each one is important keep the technique.

you should try glute activation exercises before the workout such as doing a few squats with proper form without weights. you can also squeeze your glutes throughout the day, especially if you have been sitting down for a long period of time as it helps get the muscles activated.
