I enjoyed the workout, short, simple, and effective. It's easy to follow along and Bradley is super motivating, love his energy.

After years of neglecting my body, I have tired this for the second time and I am feeling better about getting up to minute 18, last week was first time and I couldn’t handle keeping up past 15 mins, I hope I can continue this and be able to do the whole 30 effortlessly.

Being doing this consistently for about a month now. I'm 43 have a super hectic schedule and this fits perfectly with that. I combine it with his 30 minute leg workout. This twice a week legs once.

Best workout video for me so far! Altough I got only 4kg dumbells but they served me well for the whole workout😂 If someone finds another workout with similar style on youtube please link it to me cuz I want to do versitile workouts that fits on my level and this was just perfect! Love it! Nice build-up. First couple of rounds were deceptively easy. Then the heart rate continues to climb and you really start to feel it and the sweat starts to pour.

It’s not a hit workout. Time under tension is better. Slow is not bad!!
