Yaar itni tagdi production quality!! Dil jeet jaate ho aap, my both parents suffer from deep clinical depression, they used to take medical help and never took the problem so seriously and keep ignoring until my father had a nervous breakdown after years of medicine and therapy now there is sanity in the house but still my parents have to be on this journey for many more years now but the amount of peace medical treatment of mental health is given to my family is unmatched, we live in a very small town of India and my mother had to fight so much for treatment due to persistent stigma of mental health but she kept fighting all odds, so anyone who is feeling even a bit dicey about therapy, go for it, you will have a new life and thanks to you for doing your job as an influencer to raise awareness regarding mental health, I know you will never know did it affect people's live for real but trust me muzamil it does, thank you ali for adding so much value to my life.

The thing with us having many faces around many people is so true because then when you try to talk to someone about your problems, no one can help you but in case of therapy, a non judgmental environment where you do not know the person and that person does not know about you, you tend to open up more without having a fear of leaving a substandard impression.

I am a certified coach on The Seven Habits frame work but I ignored a few things and faced a severe episode. I am on a therapy for that for the last two months. I feel like there is a great need for more awareness on mental wellbeing. I tried to do a few videos on self-awareness.

Such an insightful conversation. I particularly related to the point about trying to give a solution when a friend talks about emotional baggage. I've been guilty of it in the past. Definitely going to a therapist as soon as i start earning on my own. Keep up the great work ❤️

I really liked listening to this conversation. I was debating myself whether I should get therapy and this helped me answer my question. I would love to hear more about this therapy and what issue is big enough to get therapy? Also therapy isn't accessible to everyone so are there any helplines we can contact in such a case?
