What are online plateforms for buying stocks of companies or US companies and for buying crypto
@zahraayub40803 жыл бұрын
You can buy international stocks through “Interactive Brokers”. It’s an online brokerage firm and is one of the few that allows Pakistanis to invest. You’ll need a dollar or pound account to fund your account. So make sure that you open before. Hope this helps.

Just to clarify ripple doesn't offer smart contracts its provides fast transactions, ripple is just a decentralized ledger which supports escrow which can be a smart contract. Smart contracts are developed on Ethereum, BSC, TRON, PolkaDot and other crypto currencies. Also coins doesn't work on Smart contracts. Only contracts are used to create Tokens.

Sir, one question i have about investment in bonds is that is Bond even halal. and thanks for inviting omar bhai. it was really informative and we want more sessions on investment and finance.
@danishabbasi_3 жыл бұрын
It is cuz bonds are debt based investment vehicles you basically get interest plus capital by the GOVERNMENT if it is a government bond, if it is a corporate bond you get the interest and principal from a corporation !!! But if you do research about SKUK bonds they are not haram as they make you the owner alongside the government of a project

The basic rule of thumb to judge whether a scheme is halal, brother, is to see if it promises a fixed profit rate. Islam encourages profit and loss sharing, therefore if a scheme guarantees a fixed profit rate it’s impermissible. From that perspective bonds and defence certificates are categorically impermissible. May Allah accept us inshaAllah.
@talhajat33013 жыл бұрын
Interest is haram in Islam, but all Muslim countries follow the interest based banking system. Yeh halal/haram ko choro or pese banou, everyone is doing it.

For property-based investment in Isl/Pindi, you need to have, at the very least, 3 million PKR. There are a number of societies that sprouted across the twin cities in the last 2-3 decades, but the majority of these societies/projects are illegal as per CDA/RDA. As the number of these illegal societies has grown over the course of time, the legit projects have increased their prices at their own will. The file of a 50 sq ft. joint commercial space would cost 1.5 - 2 million PKR in any legal project and it would take at least 5 years to develop. The plot-based files might be a bit cheaper but have tons of risks attached and would provide fruits in 10-15 years, if you are lucky. Property is a mess in Pakistan.
@faizanalvi39322 жыл бұрын
i think reits are a good oppurtunity to invest for small investors its a combination of a mutal fund plus real estate investment for those who cannot spend 10million or 5 million on properties can essentially invest 50k 100k and the pool of it is bigger and thus get returns accordings reits in pakistan are relatively new as well
