Fun Videos ....also very good is to look at the thoughts you believe ......www.thework.com is brilliant .......David Goggins was amazing in his courage and guts ...and he didn't believe his thoughts ......I think a mixture of his way and the work ...which he is doing anyhow .....makes things go quickly ......best of luck ......nearly everyone can benefit from these things as humanity easily sees itself as a victim ...which doesn't get anyone anywhere ....

WOW that's so powerful!! I can really feel this energy and connection. I am going to change my mindset!! Listening to more if these everyday everytime I wake up!! Everytime I go to bed!!! Become more better then the best I can be!! I've struggled all my life, 11 deaths in 8 years family and friends including my mother! My father left when I was 11 months old, I've been beaten as a child with a wooden stick carved thick to handle beatings and my name was written on it!! I was raped for years became an addict for ten years! Suffered physical abuse and mental abuse for 17 years. I let that take me down. Until 4 years ago I got clean started over!! With two kids 11&9 years old. Today listening to this has given me the motivation I need it has awaken me inside!!

This mentality can be applied to anything. But you NEED to work out to accomplish those other goals, it gets rid of anxiety, negative energy, stress, and makes you look better, all positives. Only then can you heal enough and retrain your mind to get your career goals done. IE: Finishing school, starting a new job instead of continuing your shitty one. It will take everything, but you have everything.

Two parts of this speech from David hit me the hardest... "I'm not training for a race. I'm training for life. I'm training for the time that I get that 2 o'clock in the morning call that my mom is dead or something tragic happened in life.. I'm training so I don't fall apart." "People have a hard time understanding, why do you run if you hate it? I don't want to take showers and eat too - that's life man. And it wasn't until I changed that mentality, that I became somebody." If you want get motivated, subscribe for new videos: bit.ly/MotivationVids and click the bell for notifications for new videos!

I understand him completely. I have had many medical issues growing up including a rare learning disability. I chose to go to a very difficult high school and it has been a struggle since day one. I have thought about quitting many times, but I say no because I worked so hard to get where I am. Now I just have a year and a half left and I’m off to college. I can’t wait to be out of college so I can enlist in the marines or start BUDs. I have found that I enjoy pushing myself to my limits and beyond. I found this to be quite clear when I tried out for the swim team. I made it and ended up swimming 36000 yards a week on top of my studies, getting almost no sleep. This only makes me believe more and more that I can get through BUDs and reach my ultimate goal of becoming a navy seal. And like what David said about the opening the door, if I end up taking a civilian route, I want to be a firefighter. I want to be the first person to get into the burning building. I have been slowed down many times, but nothing has stopped me from achieving my goals, and I don’t plan on being stopped anytime soon.
