If there's a stingray or similar in the area, or just a cell tower, you'd be picked up. Foil really doesn't do squat and is not a reliable method to do anything. Hypervisor is same as Administrator. A person who installs and maintains your computer and cleans it from dust and viruses. TOR is a type of embedded industrial computer. You should send few extra bitcoins to your dealer to cover shipping expenses

I recommend using three layers of protection to block tracking methods for electronic devices . For example, use RF tape to wrap it around the device of your choosing, after that put the device in a Faraday bag and then a Faraday cage. This way it would be hard to be tracked. They have to bypass three layers of thick protection.

One other thing: And this goes for any picture you want to keep private - AFTER removing EXIF data, if you decide to crop the image using Windows' Snipping tool always save it as a PNG file, as saving it as a JPG will reveal your PC's name in the EXIF. I read this somewhere years ago, so not sure if they've fixed that or not. Just beware.

@@Crown42 great advise, i tend to favor thick sheet metal, maybe a box lined with roofers lead. thickness, high density and distance from the cell towers are your friends. here in the uk the cell towers are now so powerful they are technically a weapons system, we literally live inside a microwave oven
