Great update 👍 I've just put a deposit down and chose my colour (white) I've got a build slot for a 2025 Audi RS 3, I've ordered it with the RS Carbon Bucket seats I think the facelift on the 2025 RS 3 looks a lot better than the pre-facelift. I'm going to miss my A45s 😢 what a machine! 👍🍻

Got mine in 2021. Still enjoying! Was thinking rs3 but the a45 got a nicer interior the boot is much more practical for a weekend trip with family! It also FEELS more bonkers than the Audi! Great all rounder!

I got mine new in June, didn't go for Magno Grey though I went for Metallic Grey with the yellow stitching, put 2200 miles on it up to now, it's an amazing car.

Loved the yellow tubing, I just wanted one with grey/black interior as the future may hold some decals/livery for the channel which is blue! Glad you are enjoying your car mate 🤞🏻

Had mine now for nearly a year, bought it brand new 73 plate . Only thing I’ve done to it is put 20’s on it ! I do love the car, bought the Pollar white. I had enough of tuning cars and spending money on the cars giving them more power spent thousands … so I bought the hyper hatch ! It’s fast enough for me !

100% agree with all your comments but my sunglasses holder and glove box are ok😅, still loving mine 20 months later, I have had numerous high performance cars of all marques and love this the most, great review thanks for taking the time to explain how good the car is and it’s not only me who thinks this . 🤙🏻

I have mine for 5months and love it , its the most driver focused car i have had by far and i have owned a Subaru impreza bmw m140! M340! , golf r stage 1 and misses has a mk8 golf gti . Not done any modifications yet but probably will do a remap in the future

Yeah it’s properly sorted, I’m glad you are feeling the same way! I’ve had rs3, s3, older 45 and nothing compares man! Yeah, choose tuner carefully when you do remap as this is a tricky platform to tune, EST have it sorted!

​@@DreamscapeAutomotiveWould consider going stage 2 but a major concern would be if it is resealable when I want to change the car or would it be best to turn it back to standard . Will be interesting to see what times Hampshire photography gets out of his now he has had the tcu done

@@sv-rh4dz I think stage 2 is still reversible it’s just the labour mate as the downpipe is a mare to change, but depends how much you want to chase numbers. I’m going stage 2! Yeah I’m buzzing to see his future videos of it!

Decent review bro I get what u saying about gen 1 a45 very linear power delivery I own a a45 yellow knight edition low miler 1 owner an for the price I paid is a steal Compared to poor first person who bought. Thing is numbers don’t lie an the a45 w176 mine still proves this by times obviously the newer is faster being stronger gearbox just very expensive. Taking mine to est soon for a stage 2 around 450bhp 👍

Hello mate! Yeah, they are insanely priced brand new, it was the same back in 2014 when it first came out! They are both amazing cars the w176 and 77, if I ever sell my 45s in order to have 2 hot hatches for the channel, I’d get a facelift w176 and a mk6 golf R! You’ll be buzzing for 450bhp, can’t wait to hear about it 😎

@ Am in this sat for sports cat n intake from a well know place Bcs Powervalve there ment to be sick so chose them with not being far. Doing me a decent deal mate. Then in few months take the long trip to est there best in the game for these cars so get a service at same time. But yea I get on ya when am done 👌👊👍

My old man got one of these a few months back, and after a trip up north - post run in period - I feel in love. Immediately punted my Mrs's 8Y RS3 for a new one. Merc are doing wild deals on them the now, got like 8.5k off from the factory. It's honestly not even a competition between this wee thing and the Audi. Other than low speed rumble, and I suppose midrange motorway torque, the Merc fucking owns every other aspect. I have a G81 as my daily, and the A45s is closer to it than the RS3. I've done a few big 'Euro/Alpes trips' in G series M cars, and the next one will be done in the A45. Probably the first car i've ever owned that I can see myself keeping forever.

Agree on every point mate, I owned an 8V rs3 and the only thing I miss is that low end 5 cylinder rumble, out and out performance the a45s wins it. Go back on my profile to May 2024, we done 10 days in Europe with the a45s, it smashed it as a euro car mate, not one complaint! Thanks for comment 😎😎

@@reecea5432 mate it's ok. I should edit my initial comment by giving the RS3 credit within 'day to day' driving. If you are fully focused on a hyper hatch to make you smile, get the Merc. If you want an all rounder, get the audi.

This color & black look very good in weathers that are rainy or cloudy. My A45s I polar white , and I live in a hot sunny place so I think white, and other bright colors look good in sunny weather

I watched a 45 min video in 2x speed and no drifting??? Doh!! A vacant car park and no drift, shame on you bro! lol. nice vid, I've had mine since mar 2023, love it everyday like i picked it up from the dealership brand spanking new with only 8km on the clock. Glove box sits perfectly. I need to know where you got your decals from though. I have spacers from H&R, makes the car look tough, and have eibach pro kit lowered springs, first couple of days i was rubbing up the guards, that has since long gone now. one thing i've noticed, is in the morning upon starting up and taking off slowly, i can feel like as if the gear box or something not tight, slight bit of forward and backward movement. however once the car is warmed up it's all ok. so not sure what that is about and wondering if you get that in the mornings. send me link to the decal store - oh and you got sunglass holder? wtf i had to go check mine as i never knew there was one, and there isn't, there is a sensor though in place of where you glass holder is

Decals are EBay from a German supplier, I can’t put a link here, if you want to drop me a DM on instagram I can link you there? The gearbox thing I know what you mean, but it’s almost unnoticeable after I’ve set off, maybe just a characteristic of this transmission! Yours will be a facelift? That’ll be why the sunglasses holder isn’t there 😢😢

@@DreamscapeAutomotive i do have the center arm knob and stuff, so not the 2023 model facelift, though there was a minor change between 2022/2023 with some lighting and no charger, possibly also the sunglass holder. can you add the link or info in your description, i'm sure that is allowed
