Hey man thanks for the vid, but my 2009 says full service could not be performed? Do you know why?

You can try canceling it again and then go back in following the directions on the video to confirm it. Try this: Go back into the service menu to Cancel Service. (Same way you got to the other full service) Select “Cancel Full Service," confirmed it until it read "Cancelled." Then cycle the ignition by turning ignition key off, started the engine and shut it back down. Then turn the key back to position 1, go back into the service menu and follow the steps to confirm full service. This time it should work.

Hey, I tried the method that you showed and the odometer comes up and won't go past. It wants to reset the odometer. Can you give me some inside please. I have the 2014 c250

2013 c300 sport only shows trip monitor... all doors are closed... pressed in sequence no luck

Proper way would be to use a scanner to delete the code(s)

If you have a check engine light on, then read the code(s) and report back. If there isn’t a check engine light on, then depending on your mileage, you could have bad engine mounts.
