AT this point,, the team has more contribution than any drivers to win title,, because the team offer a fast car,,, which is 75---85% assurance to win,,, driver----is human,,, not much to do, NO more than 20% contribution,, especially all those formula one drivers,,, they are all very fast to compete against each other,,, unfortunately,, most of them don't have a chance to drive a competitive car ,,, that's why they don't win.. AT this point,,, mercedez team driver ----russell has earned 2 victory,, BUT hammy guy----NONE,,,, in the past 2 seasons,,, YOU are the team owner,,, you want to get rid off the aging guy,, due to expensive contract and he is no longer able to win,,,absolutely no purpose to retain such waste money....

Hamilton is not going to win another championship. His best chance of being up front in the future is if he gets to drive the safety car. Vestapin is a far superior driver and has been for the past 3 seasons. Norris and Russell are the best of the rest.
