Thanks for the video. I had the hardest time figuring out which wires to connect, searched the web for a wiring diagram for the door electric components, searched MB blogs, but I could not find anything to help. Without hope I came on KZbin and here it is, the only tutorial for a GLK350. Thanks!

great video, thanks. 2 questions, what year is your GLK, and did you have the problem where the lights come back on and stay on even after you close the door, and weird beeping sound from the speakers? These are the problems a lot of glk owners reported in the comments of Flexx's video. Thanks in advance!

I had a 2015, I didn’t have any problems with it at all, the lights turned off when the doors were closed. No feedback thru the speakers. I replaced them twice cause one had stopped working and I put two different ones on and it still worked great.

I just did it over the weekend, l follow same direction on your video , but l wasn't success on my GLK 350 (2012), l don't really know what l did wrong, test the bulb before with a external battery and they work fine , but not when l connect it on the car : ( .

Does your wires looks the same as mine? mine is a 2014, maybe the wires are different.

@@madsoundsdj the wire are the same, l will check it again if get a bit warm out here in NY lol , l saw the video you said about Flexx kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3uthqd4rtmnY80 , and his video he show how to take the wire housing off, and in your video you show the phone battery connection, a very good idea.

I tried to check my Amazon orders to find the ones but it no longer exist. I did see ones that don’t need any wiring it just connects and I guess it uses a battery.
