I have a situation where my 1991 mercedes 500sl has a misfire from start up then goes to high idle when warm. After testing all known obvious causes (plugs,wies,caps,ezl,coils,fuel distributor) most of which defied a logical reason to be tested as the misfire is all on bank 2 which is getting good spark and fuel. I pulled each wire one at a time with no change in idle. Compression 128 across the board. Where would you look to next?

@@deborahanddanmorgan6145 The timing. Is it set as it is initially supposed to be? Is the groove aligned with TDC mark, is the timing chain aligned with the groove to the opposite side? And is the rotor facing towards the first cylinder?

Hello , thanks for your efforts I have problem in my w124 M103 engine, when i connect the icv plug ( 2 pins), the engine cut off during driving when i lift my foot off the gas pedal . I replaced the potentiometer by a new one but problem didn't resolve. Hope you help me resolved

hello, i have an 1983 380 sec. the problem i am having with the car is that after you turn the car on when you press on the gas pedal the engine stumbles and shuts off. any suggestions?
