Hi Al , love your no nonsense approach ,and your practical way of repairing stuff. Finding it hard to hear you at times , there is a huge difference between the spoken word , and the music you play. Having to turn up the speech , and turn down the volume. Cheers mate , keep up the great work!

cutting off crap like that was the exact reason I bought a cheap plasma quick clean effici ent

To remove the doorskins I use a skinny cutting disc & just cut off the outside mil or two, which makes the fold-over either fall away or be so weak you can easily remove it with an air-chisel. Saves a lot of mucking about. :-) Dunno how many of these doors I have repaired, but it's more than "!loads" for sure.

Hi Al love watching your video as I have a sprinter 412d sprinter camper van 2.9 with 360km on clock and it runs like a dream but I have just changed the fuel filter and run it up and it ran for 20 seconds now it won't start,the replacement filter had a black rubber seal in the middle the old one didn't,would this be causing the problem or do I need to prime the fuel? And how do I do that? Thanks dixy

You’ll need to crank it over some more, you’ve got air in the fuel lines it should self bleed . Also worth check that the old centre rubber isn’t stuck to the filter housing and you now doubled them up 👍
