We know everyone loves a good standing workout and in this workout we work to help tone your legs and reduce cellulite in the leg area!
These exercises are great for all levels especially those who need to do standing exercises! If done consistently then you will see your fat and cellulite burned away in the glutes, hamstrings, and quads and eventually turning it into muscle!
We know a lot of people enjoy our standing workouts so we hope you enjoy this one!

Get a light resistance cord and try doing 8 reps, slowly increase to 15-20 in 4-6 wks.

I can relate to miss 58 I am 62 and both knees have osteoarthritis With that being said I have to do exercises that are geared towards my glutes This is Perfect

I am SO happy I found you! I'm in desperate need of getting back into shape, mom of a 7 year old and have disability/physical issues so I really have to be careful what exercises I do and how much I work out. I found you last night through an ad and then found your videos. Thank you so much. You are giving me hope again to get my body back before I'm 40 (almost there, just a few more years to go). Cannot thank you enough for sharing this. Just did almost half of this exercise routine (first time) and have to stop because my legs are sore (it's been a few years since I've been able to work out properly). But I saved this for later and am just so excited to keep going! I am a guest at a wedding in the fall and was not feeling good about how I would look but now I'm so very hopeful! I like that Meredith didn’t explain how to do it each exercise before the workout started. We are a busy family so the short workouts in the morning are perfect. With some of the other videos I’m fast forwarding to get to the actual workout which can be tedious and one of the workouts I missed the beginning (oops). Anyway, I much prefer this style with just getting into it and the small pic in the left hand corner telling you what’s next. So far I’m loving these workouts, thanks so much for doing them! I’m feeling stronger and healthy already!!

I’ve been doing this and added in a few different exercises to it to other target areas and let me tell you, THANKS MEREDITH because if I hadn’t of found these and others I would still be huge and miserable. I haven’t been doing them long but I can see results already and it’s awesome. Much appreciated 😊

Meredith, Do these standing exercises REALLY help to reduce cellulite?? I’m what you would call “skinny fat”. I look skinny, but have a lot of cellulite on the front and back of my thighs. I haven’t worn shorts or a bathing suit in years 😏

I saw on google that if you rub Vicks vapor on your affected area that it reduces cellulite. It’s worth a try!

This workout murdered my legs and butt. Took me days to recover. So i’m back for more But first: stretch!!! I never stretch because most workout videos don’t tell you to and I forget and always in a rush to get my workout done. Then will do foam rolling after. Hopefully that will help!

Thank you.I'm just starting out with your exercises from your metaboost program. This one popped up on my feed. I love this one.. I am 54 yo at 215 pounds. Have a sitting job 7 hours a day and My legs hurt so bad. I'm all about short and efficient workouts. My legs from the hips down Look awful. cellulite is bad, too. I'm just starting so hopefully.This will kick my rear end in the high gear. 😊Thank you, Mere.

I am 68 years! Two years ago I broke my ankle hiking! Since then I don't work out like I use to, seeing this video makes want to get back to working out. Hopefully I am not too old!😮

I did this 4 times in a row at the VA Today outside. Now I know what you feel like doing this exercises in public. I didn’t care. I just did them. It’s nice and cool 63 degrees! We got this Mere! I loved the whole thing! Thanks so much! Let’s get a nice booty for summer! ❤️❤️❤️😃😃👍🔥

Hey meredith! love ya advice and your workouts. 🙂 but I am wondering if you can do a video specifically for larger girls carrying too much weight to scorch legs and work them lean. It is not possible for a heavy person to weight bare like this without possible injury. thank you!

Update: I was 63.3 kg when I started - I am today 59 kg. 7 minute exercise everyday in the morning, my arms, legs and ass look so different. 🎉

Awesome!! Did not want to work out. Did a quick warm up and it was less than 15 min. I am sweating and out of breath. That sumo squat whoooo! No matter how many squats I do it's 🔥 thank you for sharing!!

This worked my muscles! I couldn't even sit my muscles were so sore. I'm pretty sure it was that squat with the leg back, my muscles were hurting after the first day of being sore then they were just kind of achy but they definitely got a good workout.
