Today we have a great High Intensity Interval Training Workout for everyone that is awesome for melting the fat off of your body and helping you burn those calories!
This is a great way to get ready for the summer and you can repeat these exercises daily to help get your full body into shape!

I love the workout - however the same repetitive music track fir the repeat workout didn't work for me as I couldn't tell when to change exercise without keep looking at the video. I find it much easier following your voice. Otherwise, great as usual, thanks @Meredith Shirk!

Same for me, it was hard to follow the second sequence with just music. A ding when it’s time to change would really help! Otherwise a great workout!

Just found you this week and I'm really enjoying the workouts. It would be helpful to have audio instructions throughout each set so I know when to switch while I'm looking away.

This is a great set. But I cant see when it's time to switch when I'm in plank or on the floor. We need to hear you say switch not just music.

I love doing your workouts! Question: what move/s will help me with the pose where I can actually place both hands on each side of my knee when stretching on the floor? Right now I can only place the opposite hand on the floor of the bent knee.

This was great but on the second run it would’ve been good if you had talked us through it because when you’re on a stretch and you’re facing down and you start the second one it’s hard to keep up so the second round good nice to have you also talking us through it but thank you

Hello, i love this program. I need to lose about 13 kg and i tried everything didnt worked, i would like to subscribe with you in the system but i cant pay i am in lebanon and through our economic crisis if you know so with videos here what can i do wich one i need to do it for 14 days? Would it really work if I walk and do this excercise daily, rather than those 30 minutes workout. Can I really lose weight around my belly ,coz I hate to follow those 40 minutes long excercises

I did this workout once and my Fitbit showed 22 cal burn and max bpm was 122? This seems like nothing…is this normal or is the idea to do 2or 3 a day? Thanks for any insight! Otherwise liked the exercises.
