Moved from arms to include thighs...three weeks total now - and I can now go to the pool in my swimsuit without a coverup. I was a dancer (ballet, modern) for years but life took hold and I got every out of shape. Love the standing leg lifts! I love anything that's ballet or barre oriented for hips, buns and thighs!

loved them all but really enjoyed the sumo and reach up and the sumo on the toes. didn't feel much with the side leg lifts. again though overall a great workout!! will definitely be doing this a couple of time a month!!

I just found out your video and would love to try out. One quick question, there are many routines in your channel and how many should I do each day? I’m new to home work out. Just love all the Svelte workouts that you are posting. Can you tell me if you have a workout for the upper inner thigh area? The part of the upper inner thigh/groin area. This is the area of my inner thigh that I just can't seem to tighten up - it jiggles when I shake out my legs :)

What I love most about your workouts is that they are extremely targeted and I can fit them into my day! It brings joy to the workout. If I feel like I need to focus on thighs I focus on thighs...or shoulders, or muffin top, etc. It allows me to change it up based on what I'm feeling is for my highest good that day. With that level of targeted variety I'm able to be the master of my workout! Thanks Meredith!!

Our clients have experienced success in regards to cellulite with the One & Done program. Any activity that builds muscle will usually tighten up the skin in the problem area and that gives the effect of smoothing out the cellulite. Having said that, cellulite will also depend on a whole number of other factors, such as your overall diet and lifestyle, your genes, other activities you do, whether you smoke, etc.
