➡️ This workout is good to help you target, tone, and tighten you leg and thigh muscles.⠀

🥰 This workout is great to help you tone up your leg muscles and lower body as well.⠀

I am recently healed from a broken foot and torn ankle ligaments, as well as still battling a bad meniscus tear in my knee. Exercise of any kind using my legs the last couple months (except for easy walking) has been difficult and painful (I cannot lock my knee at all!!) but I think I’ll be able to do all of these, except maybe the last, might have to take it easy on that one.

Good morning, everyone! I just did this for the third time (been attempting most workouts that are posted here), and it has become easier! I feel stronger and more flexible! If you have MS or an autoimmune condition don’t tell yourself you can’t do it, because there’s always a way!!! Have a beautiful day! Thank you, Mer! This is MY quiet time- favorite time of the morning. Now off to shower so I can be ready to see the sunrise and greet the day! I cannot express my gratitude enough! Thank you, and happy new year!!!!

What can I do ? I had a stroke & had left side Paralysis. So right now it is hard for me to get down on the floor, my left leg is still weak and I cannot move my left arm so are there things I can do differently to still get a workout in?
